Taste North County’s freshest ingredients and unique flavors, paired with signature Four Seasons’ service. Open daily for breakfast and lunch, The Bistro features Chef Jesse Paul’s “Market Fresh” California cuisine. On Sundays, an elaborate Brunch buffet is presented from 11:00 am to 2:30 pm, featuring an array of made-to-order omelet’s, a carving station, an extensive seafood display and a dessert buffet featuring a “Cold-Stone” style ice cream station.
