Pablo and Dora Dorantes opened Fajitas in 2007, after seeing a need for a good, authentic, Mexican restaurant in LaSalle. They wanted to share their love for cooking with the Illinois Valley, and continue to do so by using the freshest ingredients possible. All items are made fresh in house, such as their salsa, tortilla chips, guacamole, margaritas and more. Be sure to stop in and try their lunch buffet which is available Monday through Saturday 11-3.
