I have to let you know about your employee Ryan (tall guy working in the mens department this evening 2/13/2020 ) I've always been treated well at your store in Wake Forest. It's easy to tell the employees are treated well by their management team because they're always very courteous, eager to help, always with a smile. I was particularly impressed by this gentleman, Ryan this evening as I was looking for a particular item he asked if he could help. He actually listened to what I was trying to find and though it wasn't to be found, he suggested other options that I hadn't considered so I bought everything suggested! Feeling good to have found something better than what I originally came in for was appreciated. Ryan gave me his time, patience and undivided attention which I find to be rare in any shopping environment. Most employees (not TJ Maxx in Wake Forest) wouldn't take the time to ask if you needed anything and if you have to ask someone for help they usually either point or say "if you don't see it, we don't have it" then walk away. Thank you Ryan and thank you TJ Maxx in Wake Forest for being "my happy place."
