I set up a MAIL HOLD for 12-11 thru 12-14; it did not work and I received mail EVERYDAY; had to have neighbors pick up for me to avoid someone going thru my mail. I was given a confirmation # so I don't understand why this didn't work. I've tried to call the direct line (12-23 at 930am - 813/231-2621) and NO ANSWER and no voicemail; just clicked off after three minutes of ringing; tried twice. Disappointment all around!
