Shoe Show is the worst place I've ever worked in all 27 years I've been in the workforce. Not only did the store manager give me a very hard time, but I was harassed and bullied consistently by this store manager. I've filed multiple complaints against this manager with HR, and the HR Director at the Corporate Headquarters in Concord, North Carolina refused not only to remedy the workplace harassment and bullying against me, but the HR Director assigned all the blame to me telling me that I'm the problem. The store manager on Old National is a bully, and if she does not want you there, you won't be there! She did the same thing to another employee several years ago. The young lady just abandoned her job. She clocked out and left.
