I ordered a kitchen appliance set(refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher - all stainless). I asked several people, including manager Wayne, and all said the delivery people are equipped and would install the dishwasher; they also made me buy extra connections. The deliver people were ServePro and "did not do plumbing". Wayne and at least two(2) others LIED. My guess is that all high ratings are done by employees.
