Linda made us feel welcome and definitely knows her business Picked up hearing aids and husband had trouble setting them in his ears. She had molds made that now makes it easy for him to correctly put the hearing aids in the ear canal. He was sold on them from day 1 and is eager to use them. The remote with 3 programs is wonderful. TV program #3 is especially a relief to his wife. Linda is very knowledgeable; and has a great sense of humor. Made us know very quickly that we made the right decision. 3 thumbs up is not a high enough rating - should be 10!
