I'm really ticked off! I placed probably four orders recently with Kohl's online and a couple orders sent to Kernersville. One I picked up and the other was ready for pickup 1/19/21 but I didn't get notification until 1/18/21 @ 11 pm. I called the store and spoke with customer service and then with Jason the manager who assured me he extended my "clearance" order until 1/22/21. I have been sick and they only gave me a day notice that my order was even ready. Then, I get an email at 11:30 tonight (messages don't go through until 11 pm) to say my order was cancelled!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Totally unprofessional! How does this happen? You can't even trust a manager! I have had it with people lying and not doing their job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
