I used my debit card to site an order for a pizza at 7:13 pm on 01/15/2021. This is Marco's Pizza on Braddock Drive in Hoover, AL. I was told that it would be delivered in about 57 minutes. It is now 9:11 pm and my pizza has not been delivered. I've called several times to cancel my order but no one ever answered the phone. This is terrible customer service and I feel like Marcos Pizza stole my money. I would not recommend them to anyone. I will be calling my bank on Monday to report this so that I can get my money back. I just looked at their site and it is saying that they closed at 9:00 pm.
