Don't order delivery I ordered at 7:16 pm. It said 80 minutes. I keep checking the tracker and for pretty much the entire time it says being made (so you think it will change to delivery any second). Still said being made when I finally called at 84 minutes. The girl tells me, sorry we are swamped. I talk to manager. I have a sick and tired lil girl waiting for her dinner and I'm told "well, you can come pick it up and it will be ready in 25 minutes". So she couldn't even get dinner to our house in 1 hour and 45 minutes!? I asked her and she said no. I canceled the entire order. I had no choice. I am not going to send her to bed without food and I'm sure people have been getting their pizzas before mine. After all. Mine eas a big order. 4 subs, 1 junior pizza and one Buffalo pizza. Ridiculous. They control the tracker times, they can call and inform us of the delay. They didn't care at all. Now it has been 20 minutes since I called and it still shows they are making it and not canceled. See picture/screenshot for time stamp. Now 30 minutes, 2 hours. Not here and not showing canceled.
