Bought a ge clothes washer from them. It has major balance issues. Had ge as well a best buy look at problem. Was told all brands were pretty much using the same system turns out not to be true. I should of bought sammsung or a different brand. 10 towels, does ok on spin. 2 sheets and 1 blanket, moves all over the place. Doesn't get the water out. Most of my loads are small. I dont recommend ge top loader, also didnt like being lied to..
