Pathetic unprofessional disrespectful service. I called this morning, made an 11:40 appointment. Got there at 11:39, checked in with the receptionist, she said “there is 1 more ahead of you”. The only other customer in the waiting room then got up right in front of me and a stylist started cutting his hair. There was 1 other stylist cutting hair, she finished, and completely ignored me for about 10 minutes after she was done and had nothing to do. Seriously? What’s the point of making an appointment if walk-ins can take your place when you are on time? Why does an available stylist ignore you and not cut your hair?
