Mellow is a state of mind, a culture, a way of being. Our mission is to provide delicious food in a fun and creative environment. We are the originators of Classic Southern Pizza, & Our unique and gflavorful crust is a true original. We began from humble roots, born out of the free-wheelin’ hippy culture in the 1970’s. The idea back then is the same as it is now, to make the most delicious, creaveable slice of pizza on the planet. The Mellow founders dreamed of a world where happiness could be found in the simplest things: like a mouthwatering slice of pizza and an ice cold beer. Even today, as Mellows continue sprouting up, our mission is the same: to serve a deliciously unparelleled pizza and a cold craft beer in an unforgettable environment.
We have a large parking lot right of off Lee Highway with handicapped and to-go parking for any and all needs.
If you take part in our beer club, you have to drink 60 different beers whether they be in bottle or on draft is up to you. To start this off, we give you a card that you register and bring with you everytime that you come back to Mellow Mushroom. We scan your card and keep track of all of said beer and along the way you receive free koozies, discounts and coupons. And, at the end of the 60, you get your own engraved beer club mug, a beer club t-shirt and your name on our Beer Club Hall of Fame Plague. It’s a very fun process and we have lots of people vying for a spot in the Mellow Beer Club Hall of Fame.
