Our story begins in San Diego.
In 1978, a couple of surfer dudes had a vision.
What if you created a restaurant full of the healthiest and freshest veggies and fruits? What if you brought the farm to the table? What if you made soups and bakery from scratch like you would at home, if you had the time? Wouldn’t people love that? Wouldn’t that be gnarly?
Today, 97 restaurants and millions of guests later, we have grown from gnarly to Epic. And that will be the end of our surfer lingo....
