World Gym Willowbrook offers a variety of amenities to our members. We have an array of Cardio equipment, Circuit Training equipment and free weights of which we offer weights up to 150lbs. We offer classes to our members such as Spin,Yoga and Strength Training. Our Personal Trainers are available for consultations and private, partner and group training. Our 25,000sq. ft. facility gives our members plenty of other activities that set us apart from your typical work-out facility. We have 2 basketball Courts, 4 Volleyball Courts and a Championship Style Boxing Ring. Aside from Open Basketball times, we offer 4 on 4 Basketball Leagues and Adult Co-Ed Volleyball Leagues. Our Boxing Ring is second to none complete with speed bags, heavy bags and reflex bags. Classes for the novice to advanced boxer are also offered. We can also accomodate all of your tanning needs; with tanning beds and a variety of lotions and tanning products. Weekly and Monthly tanning packages are always available.
