Good morning, I called today to inquire about a package at your location & I spoke with Marie(if that’s her name) why is she so rude?! She is a Very rude person. She hung up on me while I was trying to get clarification on a package. I know dealing with the public can be a lot, I work for the federal government also so I get it! But why act like that when I was only asking for clarification. If she would just Stop talking OVER people, she would have understood my question & If she’s having a bad morning already, maybe it’s just HER attitude, take sum PTO. I asked to speak to her supervisor & was told they aren’t there & will not be back until tomorrow while snickering….really!??? I also asked her supervisor name?? Same response & when I called her on the snickering, voice changed, “I’m not laughing” In my line of work, this kinda of service would not have been tolerated! I don’t care what you do to Ms Marie – “I don’t have a last name”But I do want to make a suggestion, how about some Customer Service training!! Have a good day🙃
