This is a poorly run Post Office here in Sarver PA. The women at the service desk are very friendly. The postmaster there doesn’t communicate with anyone. When you have a package coming from somewhere and it gets to the Sarver Post Office and you use the USPS tracking number the Sarver Post Office always says delivered for a status and you don’t have the package and you call up there about it, they seem to be clueless and try and put blame on someone else and always have an excuse. How many times under this Postmaster I had to call the company that sent me the package and fight with them because the post man says he delivered it and didn’t. It’s these types of things that are causing the USPS. to lose business. More people are using UPS and FedEx because they are more reliable.
