I, like many others, was feeling the anxiety of waiting for holiday deliveries from the USPS. I followed the package tracking app, but was not certain of the whereabouts of my packages. I called the Henderson Post Office local phone number. I was blessed to speak with Chelsea, a mail carrier with a bum ankle who was working customer service. She was friendly, professional, and cheerful. She took my info, and due to a slow computer, asked if she could return my call. She did call me with all of my package info, and called the following day to make sure I had received my packages! The mail carrier, whose name I do not know, also spoke with me when she delivered my packages. Very nice, courteous, and professional. What began as frustration turned out to be satisfaction with a job well done by our local postal service. Thank you, Henderson Postal Service workers.
