I did my Christmas shopping online this year. Received all, but 2 packages from Kohl’s. I had placed the order on 11-28 and kept watching. On 12-17 one order claims to have been delivered on 12-3 and left on my front door. The second order showed it was in preshipping. I went to Kohl’s to try to cancel the 2nd order, but couldn’t. On 12-18 the 2nd order showed to have been delivered on 12-8, left at front door. This is BS because both could have easily fit in my mailbox and/or our packages get delivered at the back door. I did bring in 1 proof on 12-17 about the 1st order. I do have proof about the 2nd order. I know that you are really busy now, but I hope this situation can get looked into.
