Black agent at front desk at Balcones location Austin is incredibly rude!
I waited in line to ail a package at the Balcones location. When I got to the front of the line, the agent told me to mail something express that I would have to go back and get in line and fill out the paperwork. I have recently had foot surgery, have a cast on my foot and it is incredibly painful to stand in line. The black man at the counter was absolutely the most rude person I have ever met in my life. When I didn’t want to get back in line, he was very abusive to me. I will never go to this location again because of hi and his attitude.
