Our family recipes span back generations and we incorporate them daily in our brisket, ribs, pulled pork, smoked chicken, hot links, burgers, and more. We believe that simplicity keeps our food true to it’s traditional, down-home taste. That’s why we smoke our meats for twenty hours and carry Three Barrel Brewing beer on tap, the way micro brews were meant to be served.
