Not fully staffed. No sense of effective customer service
With social distancing, I was totally disappointed with the long lines and only two people working to handle all the customers. When I finally made it to the window, I asked why the third station was vacant. I was told, the person was at lunch. It was 2:30 in the afternoon!!!! If this was accurate, why wasn’t there coverage? I know you can’t control how many customers arrive at the same time, but you can control staffing so that customers don’t have to wait over an hour to mail a package. The self service machine was also down and at least one of the people working was extremely slow. Where was management?
