After spending an hour on the phone calling all the PO numbers listed in ABQ, I finally found Andy at the Steve Schiff Station. I explained that I had dsylexia in providing an incorrect shipping number address for a package arriving from Utah for my son. The package was returned to the local station last night. He was immediately willing to help me out and email the proper local PO Station with the tracking number and corrected address number. He was my only hope to save the package from being returned to sender. Whether this attempt to have the package delivered to my son will be successful is important, but I want to express how I feel about the caring nature of Andy to try to help me since I live out of state and cant run to the post office.
