I am waiting for pkg that went out for delivery at 7:00 a.m. it’s saying it can be delivered up to 8pm. My bldg is not secure and I have to constantly track pkg. now I’m tracking for 13 hrs. The post office NEVER answers phone and even when they’re closed – they have no message. My Dad worked for post office and service used to be good. Today I saw guy RUNNING with post office cart. Why? Does he even work for post office. Carriers change daily and this is counter productive to good customer service. You do work for us- remember that
