The manager is rude. You can not ask a question in there without her coming in from the back and ripping your head off. Why can’t we ask where are packages are? If our email says arrived and it’s not there we are allowed to ask questions if she doesn’t like her job maybe she needs a new one! Her attitude STINKS!!! LITERALLY you can feel the woman’s bad vines coming out of that building she never smiles or greets anyone! This is a friendly little town and all of the other employees are kind! I have no clue what her problem is but it makes me not trust her!

Called them to track a package and was told they were too busy at the time to help.. I get it it’s holiday season, fine by me. Then I called in the morning to reattempt to locate my package and ended up getting talked over and spoken to like an idiot.. hardly gave me the chance to speak and rudely hung up after FINALLY coming to a conclusion with my situation. Appreciate all they do but they need some personable people if they’re gona have a phone system. I would give 0 stars if I could.
