The sales associate located an appropriate book, but the customer couldn’t afford both the book and the tapes. Later, when other sales associates heard the story, they pooled their money and bought the book and a card for the woman. It happened again in Orlando, Fla. A customer wrote to thank a sales associate for buying a seminary textbook for her until she could repay the loan. "I want you to know how much I really appreciate your generous, loving act," the customer wrote. "May God bless you as much as you have blessed me."
