Each ingredient that goes into your favorite Freebirds meal is delivered fresh, then turned into a culinary creation, from scratch. We wake up bright and early to chop, simmer and roast every morsel. From our slow-simmered carnitas to our flavorful housemade salsas, there’s nothing frozen here.

We may be fast, but we don’t like to take shortcuts. There just are some things we’re not willing to breeze through – the quality of our food, for one. Everything here is cooked up fresh, straight from the chopping board and into your burrito. And make no mistake; we don’t compromise on flavor either. Every bite is filled with a mouthwatering combination of seasonings and a little bit of love. That’s right; mealtime can be efficient, delicious and good for you – all at once.
The sky’s the limit
When it comes to mealtime, we dish out dozens of toppings, a handful of proteins, multiple flavors of tortillas, and various portion sizes to choose from (starting with the conservative Hybird to the beastly Super Monster), our pickings are far from slim.
