Seeing a need for a gourmet “pizza-by-the-slice”, Gail Giffen founded Fat Slice Pizza in 1986, with the intent of bringing a quality slice to the residents and students in the campus area. Using fresh local produce, mixing our custom blend sour dough every morning on site, we have accomplished our goal.
