Your location CVS Pharmacy 444 Monument Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32225 Pharmacy Top Dawg 404 points a week agoWow.. wrote a review 3 years and 2 years ago rating with 5 stars on their site…3 months after Khan and his team has departed…. new update review This pharmacy use to be The Absolute Best to work with while Kahn and his team were in place Why would CVS replace with a pharmacist That has No people skills Treats her customers like she’s the pharmacy Police or worse… in a short time she has turned a place that was a joy to visit to a place of considering to go elsewhere like others have already. All that time your staff before made in roads to Building relationships.. in a short 3 months she ( New pharmacist).. Is Quickly tearing down.. it’s hard to even get a script filled with her second guessing each doctor that sends a request to fill… great day.. if she wanted that control she should have become a doctor instead of pretending she knows better.. when that Doesn’t work.. She holds your medicine for as long as she can. EVEN BEYOND WHAT STATE REQUIRES.. then there’s the out of stock excuse she uses… while Khan was there not even COVID kept him from keeping his stock updated to accommodate need… Just Another reason at best she doesn’t need to be at this location at Worse needs more training. Wake Up CVS and Remove this Cancer before it eats away your customer base Seriously.. this is the opposite of who you were !!!
