1 Review for Cici's Pizza

1 Review

On This day March 29, 2022 my family decided they wanted to eat at CC’s pizza in PEARLAND located off Hwy 518 and Dixie farm road. Since all of the other locations near us were now shut down. When my son was a young boy he played baseball so we hosted all of his parties at CC’s after the games also for some of his birthday parties so he wanted to see if it looked the same and if the pizza was still good. Nevertheless as a older person with high blood pressure I have to watch what I eat and since he wanted me to be there with them I went alone with he and my daughter. When we got to the register we heard Josa, on the phone yelling at someone so we had to wait there until he got off. My adult children purchased their meal and drinks but Jose was so rude and very nasty to my daughter when she ask him questions I was livid. So I ask for the store manager then he stated he was the store manager in a sarcastic and unprofessional attitude and his brother was the head boss his name was Migail) he then stated did I want his number, in a very arrogant tone! I told him no that’s not necessary. Then my son ask if I wanted to leave I said no we should not have to leave this guy just need to be retrained….so my son ask if I wanted anything to eat I said no thank you, but that maybe I’ll eat a bit of one of your pizza, then Josa jumped and starting shouting at me raising his voice stating I have to buy the buffet and I said I don’t eat like that and to calm down but he kept talking loud at me then said I’ll sell you 1 slice of pizza but you could not take 1 bit of your sons pizza! That’s when both of my children said we can just leave, but they had already paid and the guys did not want to refund their money, so I told them please don’t worry I’ll leave and be right back. Then I called and made a report of what happen to us and upon my return my daughter had another incident with Josa, and they also heard Josa telling the other two workers to watch us so their mother can’t ever take 1 bit off her son’s pizza! I had already told both my children that I don’t want anything so my daughter ask for a box to take her food home and then Josa told my daughter it’s $9 dollars. She could not believe how ignorant and nasty he was treating us, we believe it’s because of our race/color, however there was a few workers watching us standing over the cooked food/buffet area, also behind us as well. Josa did not mistreat the other individual who came in of Spanish race and Josa treated them very good they was all of his race and nationality, he even gave one of the customers a free box and pizza! Then as we began to leave Josa took a picture of my daughters car license plates which showed us he may try to find where we live cause harm to or us. This man needs to be fired ASAP before this place is hit with a lawsuit. Thank you

Our Story

We believe differences are what make life most flavorful.

Our story began in 1985 with a single restaurant in Plano, Texas and today has over 450 restaurants in 32 states. Cicis invented the unlimited pizza buffet, and since our beginning we’ve pushed the limits of eating out by saying “yes” to individual tastes and empowering our guests to find the flavors they love.

From our earliest days, we’ve opened stores on handshakes and entrusted independent thinkers to make a mark on their communities by creating the kind of dining experience where flavor runs free and individuality rules. That dedication to finding better ways to run a restaurant has won us recognition, including the Techonomic 2014 Consumer’s Choice award for best kid-friendly quick service restaurant. Both Zagat and Parents magazine listed Cicis as a top family-friendly restaurant. G.I. Jobs recognized Cicis as a Military Friendly Franchise, and Entrepreneur named Cicis to its Franchise 500 list.
