This morning my husband went in to get us coffee and after pouring a cup, discovered it was cold. He put the cup down and asked the woman who was working if she realized the coffee was cold. She said, “No, did you pour a cup? You’ll have to pay for it.” He said, yes he had poured a cup but wasn’t taking it because it was cold (and there were no other coffee dispensers with coffee.) She rudely repeated, “If you poured a cup, you have to pay for it.” He said, “it’s cold. I’m not taking it with me.” She said “ you still have to pay for it. It’s two dollars.” He pulled out two bucks and sat it in the counter and left (without coffee.) I’ve been a retail store manager for 35 years and if you desire to stay in business, this woman needs to be fired. I would give it No thumbs up but the review won’t post.
