I am excited to welcome you to Borders in Union Gap, one of the oldest towns in Washington! The Valley is family country and all of us at Borders are proud to be a part of it! Every Saturday bright at 11am you can find Merla back in our Children’s department reading and enjoying a great story along with lots of fun craft activities! You don’t have to be a child to enjoy her readings. Many adults have been spotted sitting and soaking it in! Our store also has become a home away from home for many locals. We play host to a variety of groups such as Kaffeeklatsch, a German speaking group that you can catch every 3rd Wednesday at 2pm, study groups, and book clubs including the Passionate Readers club, which is always on the look out for new members. And if you’re looking for a GREAT cup of jo, Daniel our Certified Coffee expert in our Seattle’s Best cafe will help you find just the right roast of beans to fit your flavorsome palette.
