About this location:
The flagship Borders store in New England is located in one of the oldest and most historic sections of Boston. The store is situated in the financial district directly across the street from the Old South Meeting House and right on the Freedom Trail. I always marvel at the reaction to my store from first time visitors to the store. They are in awe of the forty foot ceilings and majestic columns that adorn the first floor as well as the longest escalators in the city proper (according to the Boston Phoenix) that transport customers to our second floor, where you will find our selection of music and movies.
