Maybe it’s the tree in the middle of the restaurant that stands out, or perhaps the delicious aroma of homestyle cooking is what’s getting your blood pumping. In the morning, you’re likely to see some of the ranchers and farmers getting ready for a full day of work, and possible even a cowboy or two. Later in the day, we’re often host to tourists and locals visiting Smith Rock, the JAQUA Sports Complex, the many PGA-designed golf courses, and the Expo Center that hosts a variety of attractions and events.
