Rae Valentine, DVM, graduated from CU-Boulder in 1983 w/ a degree in Environmental, Population and Organismic Biology, then graduated from Colorado State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1990. She moved to Colorado from Illinois in 1979. She has a horse, Prism, a cat, Peggy-O, and Tennessee Jed, a Bernese mountain dog. She competes in hunter/jumper horse shows with Prism, and enjoys showing her dog at all breed AKC dog shows. She enjoys skiing, camping, horse riding, and plays on a billiards 8 ball league weekly.
