I've tried several times to place an order and it doesn't recognize my email or password.. It finally recognized my email, but I had to reset my password. This has happened a number of times. I got as far as my address and for some reason it wouldn't recognize my address as the correct address even though I've had it for over nine years and have ordered things from a B&N store without a problem. B&N have missed out on a number of orders from me. I'll think twice before using them again.
