I got charged for a $22 item I didn't buy around 8 on a Friday. OK. Simple mistake. I tried calling the "customer service" number on the receipt before 9 last night (Fri). I got a message about their "hours". They should have been open and answering. No answer. I tried calling Sat AM after 9. Again, NO HUMAN'S answer. I googled. The number that popped up (an 866 one) was answered by some kid trying to have me do some damn survey to "win $100. I asked him 4 or 5 times for the STORE number. He kept pushing his damn survey. At this point, it's obvious Aldi doesn't want anyone to be able to speak to anyone at the stores. Now, I'll have to go back to a store I never go to (much further away) because they REFUSE to provide store phone numbers. Caveat Emptor! (Let the buter beware!)
