Katy the pharmacist that was on duty March 23rd at 11am was extremely disrespectful and rude! She stated that it would take 2-3 hours to fill my prescription after receiving the call in at 1030am I have this filled every week every Monday and I always have it by noon. So I respectfully stated to Katie that it normally is finished by noon, she says to me and I quote word for word " sir do you not realize we are in the middle of a pandemic, don't you watch the news!! Very disrespectful and sarcastic! I said exactly if you want to be a smart ass I'll contact your supervisor. She then hangs up on me. When I come to pick up the prescription she states to me thatshe has contacted my doctor and that I need to find a new pharmacy!!!! who gives this woman has the right to contact my personal doctor and make any kind of statement regarding my use of that pharmacy!!
