I brought my classic car to this Valvoline shop on Rt. 22 , Green Brook in November , of 2019 for a battery change . Steve , the manager ,changed my battery with my car engine running , ruining several of my electrical components . It's common knowledge in the auto industry , that you never change a car battery with the engine running or you risk frying your whole electrical system . Steve's ignorance left me with a $ 1,470.00 repair bill which he refuses to pay , but I will eventually win in court or otherwise . BUYER BEWARE -Use this Valvoline shop at your own risk and peril !
