It's happened twice now where the woman at the so-called Customer Service station does not wish to assist. She would rather have one stand in the grocery line when it comes to basic functions like getting cash for coinage. Hey, you nitwits have a coinage machine at the Customer Service station, right? You indicate that someone at the Customer Service station will work the exchange, right? I mean, if an employee wants to pass the damn buck, then at least do it in a decent way. This woman can't even do it in a respectful way. She snaps at you. If you offer services to customers to pull them into your store, don't act like it's a goddamn hassle to fulfill them. Get employees who at least go through the motions of seeming to care.
