I was hesitant. I did not like my hearing phones. I also recognised that my hearing loss was worsening, so I took the plunge. They are courteous, accommodating and kind. . All was explained, both verbally and visually. I am now wearing the hearing phones with no shuddering and am able to accept the gentle increases in sound. I am delighted and my fears of noise allayed.
