Welcome to World Gym of Kinston, a full service aerobics and fitness center for all ages. We feature the SilverSneakers fitness program for qualifying seniors. Other fitness classes include spin, step and Pilates. We provide an extensive selection of free weights, plate loaded and leverage equipment. Get your cardio workout with our treadmills, elliptical trainers, Stairmasters, bikes and rower. Other amenities include towel service, saunas, showers, and lockers.
