In 1996 Paul Williams purchased his first horse “Vegas,” which started his passion for horses. In 2000 Cedar Creek Ranch was established after 60+ acres was acquired by the Williams family.

Fast forward to 2009, the Williams Family decided to take the next step in the evolution of Cedar Creek Ranch creating The Gunsmoke Grill, which opened its doors in December of 2010.
