The Post Office has come a long way in the last 5 years. 5 years ago i honestly had nothing positive to say about this branch of USPS or the lack of professionalism it seemed to have (lost mail regularly, mail and packages being left frivolously at wrong addresses, things marked as delivered for days before the package arrived, things being marked out for delivery for days and never showing up, etc.) I have to say that whatever it was that has happened. has been a positive change. I do know that Paige coming in within that timeframe has been wonderful. She has heard earfuls from myself and others in the town and it appears she has really helped the facility turn around for the better. We still have little hiccups here and there but human error is a thing and mistakes happen. It’s no longer the m.o. of the naples post office and for that, i will speak on behalf of the town, we are very grateful.
