I live in Port Au Prince Apartments on Preston Blvd. Bossier City. I was sitting und er the pavilion this afternoon when the postal carrier walked across the grass going to another part of the complex. He was coughing, a wet cough with no mask on. He did not bother to try to cover his mouth. I questioned as to why he had no mask and why he did not cover up when he coughed. He just smarted off and kept walking. With the Coronavirus as dominant as it is, your carriers should be more at least making an effort to help this situation and more so be more cognizant of senior citizens. I do hope you will address this carrier. He was a young, white male and had a postal uniform shirt on.
