Our Norway store location has 1100 sq/ft. We bought the bdg, which has 2 tenants, and now have extremely affordable rent. We don’t mind sharing how this senario can make you profitable in a very short period of time. I have a senior and junior in HS and my wife and I will have been married for 25 years this year. Scott & I opened two stores in Maine within a couple of months of each other and can share the differences between a large and small market location. Norway has a population of 3,500 while Auburn has 20,000+. Norway has been profitable from month 3. We believe that a strong understanding of eBay can greatly aid your profitability. We currently do between $5k & $20k per/wk in eBay sales (depending on inventory we have to sell) Norway has between 10 & 15 eBayers that will spend $200 per day as a group every week while Auburn receives about $50 per day, yet Auburn has about 1/3 more sales per month.
